We all need to be better at "Damping". Here is a video to help us!
Now, some of us hand 3 hand bells instead of 2. This requires you to "weave". Please practice using this video below. Practicing this technique should help you quickly move between the bells. It is very important that you place the bell on it's side on the pad/table. Standing the bell upright will make life more difficult!
